"Buzzer" goal: Ice breaker
Break the ice while questioning the participants in your training session.
When to use it? What are the reasons? For what purpose?
This group activity is particularly useful at the start of a training course, to remove any obstacles and/or create a good atmosphere between all the participants. It a real "Ice Breaker" that can be used by the presenter to assess knowledge individually or collectively. The buzzer is your ally for energising a session and waking up participants with several questions.
The 4 advantages of our "Buzzer" Kapsule?
1. Quick and easy to install
While there is no shortage of ways to run a training course, the "quiz ’ activity is particularly effective, but it has two constraints. It requires all the questions, the right answers and any feedback to be prepared in advance. You can also start by writing down your questions on a piece of paper or, better still, improvise in real time...
2. Quick and easy to install
You can easily and whenever you want, freeze the buzzer for one or more participants at any time. This means you go from a "Classic" mode to a "Tournament" mode with direct elimination.
3. Display of the leaderboard on the projector or directly on the participants' browser
As moderator, you can display the scores at any time on the projector or on the participants' browser. Comme sur l’image ci-contre où vous voyez l’ensemble des participants, ainsi que les points attribués à ceux-ci.
4. Allocation of points
The points are allocated by the moderator, who can award positive points or negative points (in wrong answer case). In each round, the host assigns a personalised number of points to each participant.
